First day of the Biennale del cinema the iconic actress @Tilda Swinton have been awarded the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement at the 77th Venice International Film Festival (2 September – 12 September, 2020). 📍The decision was made by the Board of Directors of the Biennale di Venezia upon recommendation of the Director of the Venice Film Festival, Alberto Barbera. 📍Accepting the award, Tilda Swinton declared “This great festival has been dear to my heart for three decades: to be honoured in this way is extremely humbling.
